This matter is presently before the court on two motions — defendant R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company’s objections to and motion for review (doc. # 377) of Magistrate Judge O’Hara’s February 27, 2001 order in which Judge O’Hara ruled on defendants’ motion to strike allegedly privileged or otherwise protected documents from plaintiffs trial exhibit list and plaintiffs motion for sanctions, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1927, against defendants’ outside counsel (doc. #380).
