This ease, before the court after argument and supplemental briefing on petitioners’ motion for review of the special master’s order of dismissal, continues the judicial examination of the nature and extent of adversarial proceedings that Congress contemplated under the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 300aa-l-300aa-34 (2006) (the “Vaccine Act”).
