MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

MILLER, Judge.

This case, before the court after argument on petitioner’s motion for review of the spe-eial master’s order of dismissal, involves an examination into the nature and extent of the authority of the office of special masters to admit or exclude expert opinion evidence from the record that Congress contemplated under the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 300aa-1-300aa-34 (2006) (the “Vaccine Act”).
