Rite Aid Corporation (Employer) appeals from an order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (WCAB) affirming the workers’ compensation judge’s (WCJ) decision to award Ronnie Bennett (Claimant) workers’ compensation benefits. We affirm.
This ease arises from Claimant’s Claim Petition, in which Claimant averred that on February 27, 1995, he was working as the assistant store manager for Employer, and, while locking up the store for the evening, he tripped over a bag of salt, sustaining a fracture to his left foot.
