Justin L. Hawbaker (Claimant) petitions for review of an adjudication of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) denying his claim petitions. In doing so, the Board affirmed the decision of the Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) that Claimant was an independent contractor and not an employee of Shawn Kriner d/b/a Kriner’s Quality Roofing Services (Kriner).
