Willie W. Peekham, for herself and for the use and benefit of O. A. Johnson, and C. A. Johnson, plaintiffs, brought this action in ejectment in the district court of Kay county on the 26th day of October, 1917, against the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railway Company and the St. Louis — San Francisco Railway Company, defendants, to recover possession of a strip of land located in the city of Blackwell, Kay county, Okla. Parties appear here as they appeared in the trial court, and will be referred to as plaintiffs and defendants.
