On April 1, 1996, Plaintiff, Raymond Lord, a master electrician, was installing a breaker switch and load center for a customer. A “load center,” sometimes called a panel box, is a metal panel box consisting, in part, of three copper electrical conductor “buses” individually referred to as “phases.” The main circuit providing electricity to a building passes through the load center, to which “breaker switches” are installed.
