This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s (“EEOC”) Motion For Leave to Amend the Pleadings. [Doc. 21]. Defendant *653Exel, Inc., opposes the motion. [Doc. 22], For the reasons set forth below, Plaintiffs motion is DENIED.
