This appeal has been taken from the order which granted summary judgment in favor of appellees, Stewart Bear and R. Bruce and Linda Whitney, and dismissed the claims of appellant, George Atiyeh, for specific performance, namely, requiring appellees to record the deed and mortgage to property which had been the subject of an agreement of sale between the parties.
