¶1 This is the second appeal in this case. The first appeal was taken from the trial court's May 2009 order granting summary judgment in favor of the State of Oklahoma ex rel. Office of the Attorney General of Oklahoma (AG) and against Grand River Enterprises Six Nations, Ltd., a Canadian corporation (GRE). This Court dismissed that appeal for lack of an appealable order.
