The plaintiff, Cheryl A. Domen (plaintiff or Domen), a registered nurse formerly employed by the defendant National Rehabilitation Hospital, Inc. (defendant or NRH) seeks monetary damages and reinstatement for wrongful termination by NRH. Before the Court is the defendant’s motion to dismiss and/or for summary judgment.
