KING, Circuit Judge:

Lorenzo Martez Lewis seeks relief from the sentence imposed on him in the Eastern District of North Carolina on his conviction for witness tampering, in contravention of 18 U.S.C. § 1512(b)(1). After entering into a “Memorandum of Plea Agreement” with the government (the “Plea Agreement”), Lewis was sentenced to forty-six months in prison, to be served consecutively to the state sentence he was then serving.
