In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the *474plaintiff appeals from (1) an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Ruchelsman, J.), dated January 14, 2004, which granted the defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint on the ground that he did not sustain a serious injury within the meaning of Insurance Law § 5102 (d), and (2) an order of the same court dated June 1, 2004, which denied his motion for reargument.

Ordered that the appeal from the order dated June 1, 2004, is dismissed, as no appeal lies from an order denying reargument; and it is further,
