This is an appeal by Samuel Bright, Mier Ladon and Bertha Gralst, the plaintiffs, from a judgment in favor of the defendants in an action brought by the plaintiffs to recover rent alleged to be due to the plaintiffs from the defendants under a written lease beween the plaintiffs and the defendants.

The case was tried before the court without a jury.
