The issue presented concerns the adequacy of allegations of corporate successor liability for environmental cleanup costs. This case, which seeks reimbursement for environmental cleanup costs, was commenced by Plaintiff, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (“Plaintiff’) against the following defendants: Concept Sciences, Inc.
