From the foregoing statement of facts it appears that after judgment of strict foreclosure of a land contract was entered which gave tO' defendants nearly two years in which to make payments as required by the judgment or stand barred from all claims under the contract, the parties, near the close of the redemption period, by written stipulation, agreed upon a further period of redemption on condition of defendants making payments according to the stipulation, and expressly agreed that in case of failure of defendants to comply with said…
