On May 18, 1932, an action was instituted in the name of the Polish American Publishing Company of Detroit, Michigan, by August Cyrowski, its shareholder, and August Cyrowski, individually, as plaintiffs, being filed in pursuance of Act No. 327, § 47, Pub. Acts 1931, complaining against the defendants therein named and particularly the actions of Louis F.
