The objection of the defendants to any evidence under the complaint was rightly overruled. Upon a demurrer ore tenus to the complaint on the ground that it does not state facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action, the complaint will be construed liberally, and with a view to substantial justice; and all reasonable presumptions will be allowed in its favor. Hagenah v. Geffert, 73 Wis. 636; Teetshorn v. Hull, 30 Wis. 162.
