POOLE, Circuit Judge:
Appellant Lynn Foster appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Areata Associates, Inc., (Areata) on Foster’s claims of (1) sex discrimination under Title VII, (2) age discrimination under the ADEA, and (3) violation of the Equal Pay Act. Foster’s claims arose out of Arcata’s failure to offer her a position in its office near Las Vegas, Nevada, when the company was forced to phase out its office in Monterey, California, where appellant was employed, and its failure to pay Foster a salary equal to that paid the person whom Areata hired for the…
