The appeals in this case are from the final decree of the Orphans’ Court of Allegheny County, sitting en banc, which affirmed the auditing judge in awarding to appellees in equal shares the balance for distribution in the Estate of Sarah F. Kerwin, deceased. Catherine E. Snyder and William E. Kerwin, appellees, claimed the balance for distribution as niece and nephew respectively of the decedent. Appellants Mary MeGlinchey and Joseph McRory claimed the same as first cousins challenging the legitimacy of appellees as children of decedent’s deceased brother, John…
