Hugh Craig, Sr., died in 1878, leaving a will in which he created a trust for the benefit of his four children and provided that “In the event of the death of either or any of my said four children leaving issue more than one child, I direct the said trustees to pay over to such issue their deceased parent’s share of the said net income, but if the said issue be one child only, then I direct the said trustees to pay over to such child only one half of its deceased parent’s share of the said net income, and to pay the remainder thereof to my surviving children in…
