FACTS

In this Chapter 7 case under the United States Bankruptcy Code (hereinafter the “Code”), various creditors of a cancelled foreign corporation seek involuntary relief pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 303. The corporation, Dickerson Supply Company, Inc. (hereinafter the “Corporation”), is a validly-existing Minnesota corporation engaged in the wholesale distribution of sporting goods.
