MUNSON, Chief Judge.

THIS MATTER came before the Court on Friday, March 20, 1992 for hearing of the Court’s February 4, 1992 sua sponte order to show cause why this case should not be dismissed pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 305(a)(1) (1988). The Court sought argument as to whether the interests of creditors and the debtor would be better served by such dismissal because this case is not ripe and is better suited for adjudication in Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI) courts.
