On February 6, 2004, three petitioners, Peoples Bank, N.A., U. Timothy Juergens, and the law firm of Juergens, Wilt & Stri-leckyj, L.L.P., filed a joint involuntary petition against Jack A. and Linda L. Bow-shier (“Debtors”) who are husband and wife [Doc. 1].
