ERVIN, Judge.

Defendant Scott Allen Fisher appeals from a judgment sentencing him to a term of 19 to 23 months imprisonment based upon his conviction for involuntary manslaughter. On appeal, Defendant argues that the trial court erred by denying his motion to dismiss for insufficiency of the evidence and committed plain error by failing to instruct the jury that “foreseeability was an essential element of proximate cause where the decedent froze to death.” After careful consideration of Defendant’s challenges to the trial court’s judgment in light of the record and the ápplicable law, we…
