McGEE, Chief Judge.

Plaintiff appeals the grant of summary judgment in favor of Defendants Shawn Fisher and Tracy Fisher. We affirm the ruling of the trial court.

Michael Scott Rogers ("Michael"),1 sixteen years old, died of hypothermia in the early morning hours of 21 February 2010, after having been beaten and left outside in sub-freezing temperatures. Michael's mother and administrator of his estate, Barbara Leonard ("Plaintiff"), filed a complaint against multiple defendants on 17 February 2012, amended on 8 June 2012, that included multiple causes of action related to Michael's death.…
