Bernard F. Burges on filed his verified petition against the West Park Commissioners, its officers and the officers of the Civil Service Board of Park Commissioners, praying that a rule be entered against them to show cause why they should not be adjudged in contempt of court for their failure to comply with a writ of mandamus theretofore issued, requiring them to recognize and assign the petitioner to duty as a civil service employee of the West Park Commissioners.
