Rothschild & Co., a corporation engaged in the department store business in Chicago, among other things did an extensive retail business in’ pianos. It is alleged that since May 15, 1906, the company has used in its piano business the word “Meister” as a trade-mark for pianos handled by it; that said Meister pianos had become well known all over the United States as high-grade, low-priced pianos and acquired great popularity; that said company had expended large sums of money in advertising said Meister pianos and built up a profitable trade, and that said trade name, and good will connected…
