This cause comes before us on a petition by plaintiff, seeking to compel the Chicago Park District and its commissioners, as additional parties defendant, to carry out the terms and provisions of a judgment entered, against the West Chicago Park Commissioners and its commissioners, together with other officers, which commanded the issuance of a writ of mandamus to reinstate the plaintiff to the position of Assistant Superintendent of Parks and to pay him the salary for said position during the period he was kept out of…
