This action was brought by Catherine Tepfer to recover damages from the city of Wichita for injuries sustained by her while passing along a street of that city which had been plowed and left in a dangerous condition. In going from her home to her place of business she had been in the habit of walking down the center of Elm street, which was unpaved and without sidewalks.
