This action was originally brought by M. A. Evans, hereinafter referred to as plaintiff, against Ideal Brick and Brikcrete Manufacturing Company, Inc., hereinafter referred to as defendant, to recover certain unpaid salary allegedly due to plaintiff for his services as president of the defendant corporation. Defendant answered denying liability and filed its cross-petition alleging six causes of action against plaintiff.
