Defendants request review of our decision denying their petition for an award of attorney fees on appeal. They rely on the fact that they were successful on appeal in enforcing their rights under the Truth In Lending Act (TILA). 15 USC § 1640. In our opinion reversing the trial court we found that they were entitled "to the statutory penalty provided in 15 U.S.C. § 1640 and to reasonable attorney fees under 15 U.S.C. § 1640.” Long v.
