In accordance with the Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Act (Act),1 Rachel Babu (Claimant) petitions for review of the January 30, 2014 order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) that affirmed the decision and order of Workers’ Compensation Judge Scott Olin (WCJ), which had dismissed Claimant’s petition seeking reimbursement of bills for Ayurvedic2 therapy and treatment performed in India in 2008 and 2010.
