Blaine Boleratz (Claimant) petitions for review of an adjudication of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) holding that Airgas, Inc. (Employer) was not responsible for paying bills from a massage therapist. In doing so, the Board reversed the decision of the Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) to grant Claimant’s review petition. In this appeal, we must determine whether an employer is responsible for paying bills for prescribed treatment rendered by an individual who is not a licensed health care provider.
