1Per curiam
Joan McCartney, the appellee in this appeal from a decision of the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission, has filed a motion to dismiss the appeal. The issue to be decided is whether Ark. Code Ann. § 11-9-711(b) has been superseded by Rule 4 of the Rules of Appellate Procedure. We hold that the statute has not been superseded.
Because this case involves an interpretation of a rule adopted by the supreme court it would clearly be best if the decision could be made by that court. We are, however, prohibited from certifying the case to the supreme court under the decisions in Houston…
