This appeal seeks to reverse a decision of the Board of Trustees of the Little Rock Police Pension and Relief Fund which denied the appellant’s application for disability retirement benefits.
The record on appeal is unusual in that it contains no testimony, and there is really no disagreement as to the facts. The facts are disclosed by the minutes of the meetings held by the Board of Trustees and a few letters and documents considered by the Board.
