On December 6, 1979, appellant sought to lodge a transcript of the record on her appeal from an order of the Chancery Court of Clark County, Arkansas entered on July 25, 1979. The clerk of this court declined to accept the transcript because notice of appeal was not filed within 30 days of the entry of the order or within ten days of the entry of an order on September 26, 1979, denying appellant’s motion for reconsideration of the order entered July 25, 1979.
