BARKER, District Judge.

The frequency with which issues relating to the currency reporting statutes get litigated these days, including the frequency in this very court, reminds one, upon seeing yet another such prosecution and motion to dismiss, of the saying attributed to Yogi Berra: this is deja vu all over again.
