I. PROCEDURAL HISTORY
The original Complaint filed by John Jaffe and his wife, Barbara Jaffe on April 24, 2007 sought a Temporary Restraining Order and Injunctive Relief against a single Defendant, Bank of America, N.A. (BoA).
