Plaintiff Lindsay Jenkins (“Jenkins”), appearing pro se, alleges that defendant Virgin Atlantic Airways, Ltd., (“Virgin Atlantic”), breached certain contractual obligations in violation of both the common law and the Uniform Commercial Code (“UCC”), and that Virgin Atlantic, Condon & Forsyth (“C & F”) and Thornton, Davis & Murray (“TDM”), conspired to deny her access to the courts in violation of her federal civil rights.
