Three years ago when this action was originally filed the parties, most likely, did not contemplate a “form” Complaint leading us to where we are today. On October 15, 2002, Colorado Capital Investments, Inc. (“Colorado”), as a successor in interest to Providian Financial Corp. (“Providian”), sued Charles Owens (“Owens”) seeking to recover a debt of slightly less than $650.
