Joseph and Cora Erickson, husband and wife, now deceased, were the parents of nine children, six of whom are plaintiffs in this suit, and three of whom are defendants. One of the six died while this suit was pending, and the administratrix of her estate was substituted as a party-plaintiff. The seventh party-plaintiff is the administratrix of Cora Erickson’s estate. The three sons of Joseph and Cora Erickson, who are the defendants in this suit, are the youngest of the children.
