This case presents a priority dispute between two insurers whose mutual in sured, Sherele Fifelski, was injured in an automobile accident on April 29, 1997. At the time of her accident Fifelski was insured by Plaintiff Citizens Insurance Company (“Citizens”), a Michigan no-fault automobile insurance carrier. She was also insured under a United Wisconsin Life Insurance Company (“UWLIC”) group insurance policy administered by American Medical Security, Inc. (“AMS”).
