This action was brought by the appellant against David Matheson and Charles Dickson, co-partners under the firm name and style of Matheson & Dickson, to foreclose a chattel mortgage on a certain grading outfit comprised of mules, scrapers, etc., and given to secure a certain promissory note signed by Matheson and Dickson in the partnership name. G. E.
