This appeal arises from a condemnation proceeding commenced by Appellant/Cross-Appellee Columbia Gas Transmission, LLC (“Columbia”). Columbia took by eminent domain certain easements (both permanent and temporary) over the properties of Appellees/Cross-Appellants Lambert and Ledley Boyce, Robert Boyer, and Margaret Kenney (collectively “the Landowners”). 1 Following a jury trial, the Landowners were awarded compensation for Columbia’s taking.
