OPINION

VANCE, Justice.

Merrill Lynch and Randy Ramey, an employee of Merrill Lynch, appeal under article 238-2, § A(l) and Rule 42 from the court’s orders denying their motions to compel arbitration. See Tex.Rev.Civ.Stat. Ann. art. 238-2, § A(l) (Vernon 1973); Tex. R.App.P. 42. Because we find that the court should have ordered the parties to submit their disputes to arbitration, we will reverse and remand with instructions.
