This matter comes upon the adversary complaint of certain Teamster Union Locals 1 (“unions”) seeking modification of the automatic stay pursuant to Section 362(d) of the Bankruptcy Code and an order directing Midwest Emery Freight System, Inc. (“debtor”) to comply with griev-anee procedures as specified in the various collective bargaining agreements (“labor agreements”).
