At Cincinnati, in said District, on the 10th day of December, 1985.
The debtor, a manufacturer of cabinets, filed a Chapter 11 bankruptcy case on February 1, 1985. Debtor employs cabinetmakers who are members of Local Union No. 415 Industrial, Ohio Valley Carpenters’ District Council, United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America, AFL-CIO (hereinafter “Union”).
