The International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers and IAM District Lodge 142 (the IAM) ask that, over the objection of Banco Nacional de Obras y Servicios Públicos, S.N.C. (Banobras), the Mexican bankruptcy trustee of Aeronaves de Mexico, S.A. de C.V.
