DECISION DETERMINING ADVERSARY PROCEEDING
ADLAI S. HARDIN, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.
This is a proceeding to determine the dis-chargeability of an indebtedness pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a). The Court has jurisdic tion under 28 U.S.C. §§ 1334 and 157. This is a core proceeding under 28 U.S.C. § 157(b). The following constitute the Court’s findings of fact and conclusions of law pursuant to Rule 52 of the Federal Rules of .
